Your staff are an important part of your organisation and usually come at a significant cost. With over 10 years in the industry we are not only robust, stable and capable from a technology point of view, but also reputable, safe and knowledgeable from a business perspective. We are financially stable and our core focus is to keep our customers forever. Therefore our goal is not to extract every cent we can, but to conduct business in a fair and respectable way. That is why we do not charge for new modules, features, and reports.


We do not pay for advertising! New customers come to us primarily through word-of-mouth and secondly from Google searches. As word-of-mouth is our primary source for new customers, this means our current customers are happy! We have fantastic customer retention and a lot of our customers have been with us for years.


Peoples privacy and security of their confidential data is one of our primary concerns. This is why we own 100% of all our servers. Moreover, we pay for our servers upfront. We do not borrow money to pay for new servers and our servers are located in secure tele-housing facilities within NZ. Not only does this mean that your personal and confidential information is bound by local privacy laws, it also means that this information does not leave the country. This alone is very important to us and is one of the key points of difference between us and our competitors.

Zambion starts with rostering, which naturally flows information on to timesheets and then through to payroll. Mobile and Touch devices have been at the forefront of technology for a number of years and Zambion is right there alongside. We have invested heavily in this area and will continue to do so. Staff are able to apply for leave, view rosters, manage their timesheet, update their details, submit expense claims, and more all via the Zambion App. Managers are able to approve timesheets, manage rosters, view reports, and communicate with staff (to name just a few functionalities). Furthermore, Payroll staff can now use the App to process their payroll making Zambion a truly mobile People Management Solution!
