Zambion’s Position Management/Designations module allows you to capture data relating to a position such as the role the position reports to, the position description, salary ranges / banding information, qualifications required, position reference number and the total headcount required for that type of position. This module will be fully integrated with our soon to be released Recruitment module, so when an employee is terminated in the system that has a headcount associated with it, Zambion will automatically trigger a Vacancy Workflow Request process which sends automated emails to the relevant managers / HR notifying them of the vacancy and outlining the next steps/ the process they need to follow. Vacancy notification and email content is based on your company’s workflow and recruitment process to suit your needs.


Our Recruitment Dashboard provides you with an overview of all your vacancies where you can see at a glance how many applications you have received and the status of the vacancy. You are also able to search, view, manage and archive your vacancies from this page. To view and manage applications, simply click on the position on the Recruitment Dashboard to open up the Application Tracking System.


Our Application Tracking system provides you with a clear snapshot of each applicant and automatically captures applicant details such as their name, date applied, their Cover Letter, CV and other documents. In addition to this the system will also offer the following features, ensuring you know exactly where you are at with each applicant!

  • An Auto Rating column based on the answers received from the Online Application Form if applicable
  • A ‘My Rating’ column so you can easily mark with visual icons who you would like to proceed with or not
  • Action columns where you can select options such as “Left a Phone Message”, “Sent Email Requesting Further Info” etc
  • A Notes area that you can click on to add any notes about the applicant
  • An email area where you can send free-text or pre-set emails to the applicant
  • An Appointment column where you can select the date and time of the employees interviews for easy reference
  • Bulk actions such as sending decline and other response emails
